Alec started playing sports at a young age and baseball was the clear favorite. He went on to accept an athletic and academic scholorship to Lyon College, becoming the catcher on the Lyon College baseball team and finished his degree at the University of Memphis. There he secured a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management, later going on to receive his financial licenses.
